These rules explain when your AI Deep Analysis credit is charged, what you can cancel, and when you get your credit back. They are also available in the app: tap the ⓘ next to your credit.
Credit is charged as soon as your audio has finished uploading. The amount is the length of the recording (bilingual reports use 1.25× credit; see section 6).
A long recording (over 60 minutes) is uploaded in parts. The credit for all parts is charged once, at the moment the last part has been uploaded and the analysis starts.
While the upload is still in progress, you can cancel at any time, free of charge. Nothing is charged and the audio that was already uploaded is deleted. Please keep the app open until the upload is finished.
Once the upload is complete, the analysis can no longer be cancelled. It keeps running on our server, so you can quit the app or lock the screen. We notify you when it is done; open the app within 7 days to receive the report.
There are no limits on how often you may cancel an upload, and no pauses or processing fees. (The earlier “frequent cancellation” rules no longer exist.)
The result is kept on our server for 7 days so that your phone can pick it up, and is deleted as soon as the app has saved it. If you do not open the app to retrieve it within 7 days, the result is deleted and the credit already used is not refunded.
Purchased credit does not expire. Purchases are handled by Apple; if Apple refunds a purchase, the credit from that purchase is removed from your balance.
Bilingual reports write every section twice, so they use 1.25× credit. For example, a 60-minute recording is charged 75 minutes of credit, and every 4 hours of recording uses 5 hours of credit.
The first 5 questions on each report are free, valid for 90 days from the time the report was created. Once the free questions are used up or have expired, each question uses 30 seconds of credit, and the app asks you to confirm before the first charge. If no answer can be produced, the free question or the credit is returned automatically. Only text from your report is sent for a question — no audio and no full transcript.
AI Deep Analysis needs an internet connection and relies on an online AI service that may not be available in every region or network. If an analysis cannot be completed, your credit is not charged (it is refunded as described above).

较长的录音（超过 60 分钟）会分成几部分上传。所有部分的额度一次扣除，时间点是最后一部分上传完成、分析开始的那一刻。
上传还在进行时，您可以随时取消，不收费。不会扣除任何额度，已经上传的音频会被删除。上传完成之前请保持 App 在前台。
上传完成之后，不能再取消分析。分析会在服务器上继续进行，您可以退出 App 或息屏。完成后我们会通知您，请在 7 天内打开 App 接收报告。
取消上传的次数没有限制，也没有暂停使用或处理费。（以前的“高频取消”规则已经不再存在。）
分析结果在我们的服务器上保留 7 天，供您的手机取回；App 保存好之后，服务器上的结果会立刻删除。如果超过 7 天没有打开 App 取回，结果将被删除，已使用的额度不予退还。
购买的额度不会过期。购买由苹果处理；如果苹果对某笔购买退款，该笔购买对应的额度会从余额中扣除。
对照报告每一部分都会写两遍，所以按 1.25 倍扣除额度。例如：60 分钟的录音扣除 75 分钟额度，每 4 小时的录音用掉 5 小时额度。
每份报告前 5 次提问免费，自报告生成起 90 天内有效。免费次数用完或过期后，每问一次扣 30 秒额度，第一次扣费前 App 会请你确认。没有得到回答时，免费次数或额度会自动退回。提问时只发送报告中的文字，不发送音频，也不发送完整转录。
AI 深度分析需要联网，并依赖在线 AI 服务，该服务在某些地区或网络下可能不可用。如果分析无法完成，不会收取额度（按上面的说明退回）。
