This Privacy Policy describes how Class Fee Calc ("we", "us", or "the app") handles your information.
1. Information We Collect
Class Fee Calc is a privacy-first application. We do not collect or store any personal data on our own servers. All data remains on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
Information you enter into the app may include:
- Student names and contact information
- Lesson records (date, time, duration, notes)
- Invoice settings and billing information
- Fee records and receipts
This data is stored locally on your device and may be optionally synced via your personal iCloud account.
We act as the data controller only for the limited processing described in this policy.
2. iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud container managed by Apple. We do not have access to this data. iCloud is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
3. Email Functionality
When you send invoices via email, the app uses your device's default Mail application. We do not have access to your email accounts, contacts, or messages.
4. Calendar Integration
If you grant calendar access, lesson schedules are added to your device's local calendar. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.
5. In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.
6. Third-Party Services
Class Fee Calc does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not track users across apps or websites and do not use any tracking technologies.
7. Children's Privacy
Class Fee Calc does not knowingly collect, use, or store personal data from children under the age of 13.
8. Data Deletion
You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app.
To manage or delete iCloud data, go to:
Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

11. Your Rights

The app may request access to system features such as Calendar and Email solely to provide core functionality. No data from these services is collected, stored, or transmitted by us.
